At Bostome, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

Returns:

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, gift cards, and any products marked as final sale.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@bostome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bostome is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds:

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges:

Eligibility:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@bostome.com.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
