1. How do I place an order?

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

3. How do I track my order?

4. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

  • If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@bostome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

  • Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
